Well over 5000 golfers in the Netherlands play in the KLM Open Pro-Am Series

On Wednesday, 7 September, the KLM Open Pro-Am will be played. There, sponsors and invitees of sponsors (amateurs) will play together with a professional, who will tee off the next day for the first round of the official tournament of the KLM Open. In the Pro-Am, each professional plays with three amateurs (one flight). One of the flights consists of the three winners from the KLM Open Pro-Am Series.

On more than one hundred courses in the Netherlands, a record number of more than five thousand golfers have battled for one of the coveted Pro-Am spots. The winners of the KLM Pro-Am Series will play with one of the Dutch players on the European Tour, Robert-Jan Derksen, Maarten Lafeber, Joost Luiten, Floris de Vries or Tim Sluiter.
